Delete in the app

1. Sign in to FixHome Estimator with the account you want to delete.
2. Open the account controls from the header and export any workspace records you need.
3. Choose Delete account and complete the explicit confirmation.

Account controls remain reachable when a subscription is inactive. Deletion removes the account and its associated hosted workspace. Archiving an individual customer or quote is different: archived records remain stored.

Request deletion without the app

Email info@fixhome.com.au from the email address registered with FixHome Estimator, with subject “FixHome Estimator account deletion”. Ask to delete your account and associated workspace. Do not send your password or verification codes.

We will verify account ownership before processing a request. If you cannot access your registered email, explain that in the request so an appropriate verification process can be arranged. Do not include unnecessary customer data.

What deletion covers and what may remain

The deletion process removes your FixHome authentication account and associated hosted business settings, customers, quotes, payment and material records. Store and billing providers may retain purchase/transaction records. Copies you previously exported or shared with others are not recalled. Backups and security records may remain for provider retention periods, and information may be kept when required by law or to resolve a dispute. Contact support about any specific retained data.

If another device has downloaded records, remove local copies on that device too. Revoke access to shared exports yourself where possible. The app’s privacy policy describes the service providers involved.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your FixHome account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel it in your store account if you do not want it to renew. Export the documents you need before confirming deletion. See support for store subscription-management instructions.
